finding my second family !

i really miss my friends and family , especially the moments when we used to sing and act like we have the most beautiful voice or to start singing and mentioning a joke which is " please don't sing we don't want people to escape from you're horrible voice " . until i came to Spain one day i was singing with my flatmate , and she mentioned that she is in a choir for the university of Malaga.

so she convinced me and i went with her to the choir so  after the second practice the conductor did a test for me, the funniest part was when he played the note and expects that i sing the note and repeat it , at that time i was staring at him i was talking in English and he replies in Spanish no one understood nothing , so we called our flatmate to translate. he was saying in Spanish don´t be afraid just relax , so after i finished the test , he was saying in Spanish " that i have a beautiful voice and i can learn fast but it's obvious that i have never been in a choir before , as a result he said  she maybe be soprano ".

i was happy and shocked at the same time , when i told my mother and friends they didn't believe  this, so  now i can go back  and sing freely and tell them i practiced for 6 months with the choir of the university . so i have a green card which says non-stop singing , just kidding though.

i wish that we have the same choir in Palestine it's really amazing they sing so well and they practice so much , it's a really good opportunity to sing in the choir in Spain and have the chance to participate with these lovely people, now they are my second family , actually one of the reasons i am learning Spanish is the choir.

in the Semana Santa "  The Happy Easter" they we´re singing and doing a lot of concerts , in the churches and a lot of other places , and our title will be this month "singing in the weddings ", next concert will be in 26th of June and i am so excited because i will be participating .
